Professional Home Inspection in Connecticut

My name is Abe Millett. I'm a Connecticut-licensed home inspector, an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), and a director on the board of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors. I provide thorough, professional home inspections for home buyers and homeowners throughout Connecticut. I'm committed to the highest standards of care, honesty, and professionalism. I take the time to carefully evaluate a home's structure, systems, and components, while explaining my findings in clear, straightforward language.

I'm based in Willington and regularly serve eastern Connecticut, including Mansfield, Tolland, Storrs, Coventry, Ashford, Vernon, Columbia and — and I'll travel anywhere in the state for your inspection.

My priority is to help you understand your home — not simply to give you a list of defects. A good home inspection should leave you informed and confident about the property you're buying or maintaining. I'm personable, responsive, and always happy to help, and my service doesn't end when the inspection report is delivered. If you have a question about a home I've inspected for you, contact me personally at any time afterward — even years later. Add my contact to your phone, text me any time!
